When a monitored event occurs, an action is executed. That monitored event is a trigger. Loftware Automation continuously monitors a configured source (a folder, a database table, a TCP/IP port, an HTTP endpoint, or a cloud trigger). As soon as a change is detected, the corresponding actions are executed. Some triggers listen passively, while others operate actively and, for example, poll at regular intervals.

Yes. Loftware Forms support database integrations: product data is automatically retrieved based on a scan or search query. Operators do not need to enter anything manually, which eliminates typing errors. If operators do need to enter something manually, output rules can be programmed.
