Labels for straws and drinking straws require a very specific solution: the surface area is small, the application is often cryogenic, and the identification must remain legible throughout storage and handling. Our (self-laminating) labels for straws, in combination with thermal transfer printers, ensure that two lines of text remain clearly visible when applied around the straw.

Self-laminating labels

Straws and straws have little adhesive surface area. Wrap-around labels solve this problem by creating more contact surface area and better “securing” themselves around curves.

If the straw comes from the freezer or a cold environment, you need a label that adheres immediately and stays stuck, and whose print is resistant to condensation, temperature fluctuations, and friction.
