Cap labels, also known as vial top labels, enable rapid identification in racks and cryoboxes. We supply colored, blank, or pre-printed labels on rolls that fit microtubes, cryovials, and screw caps.

There is a suitable material for every process: Brady B492 FreezerBondz (ultra-thin polyester), Brady B499 (nylon), Brady B7425 (polypropylene), and our in-house reference M5919 with identical performance and size/color tailored to your workflow.

Color-coded rack overviews

Cap rings in solid colors (optionally with code) provide an immediate overview in cryoboxes and racks. Specific materials for labels that must withstand both autoclave and cryogenic conditions.

Compact 2D-codes

Small circles with DataMatrix/QR remain easily scannable, even in the presence of condensation (provided the correct material is selected). These labels on rolls can be supplied blank or pre-printed.

High-speed applications

The adhesive sets quickly, so you can position it neatly whether you’re wearing gloves or not; the print comes out superbly.
