Together, we’ll assess where the label will be applied and what it needs to withstand: print volumes, temperatures ranging from freezer to autoclave, contact with chemicals, the substrate, and the scannability of barcodes. Based on that, you’ll receive a concrete proposal with the right combination of roll labels, ribbon, label printer, and label software—including alternatives, delivery times, and scalability options. That advice is always free.

Don’t have time to test it yourself, or do you want to be sure beforehand? At the I-Label Test Center, we test the combination of label, adhesive, ink ribbon, and printer on your own product. We check adhesion, contrast, legibility, and scannability—even under harsh conditions such as freezing, autoclave sterilization, or contact with chemicals. You’ll receive a detailed, documented test report with the recommended combination. Label testing is free; we’ll discuss specific requirements in advance only if necessary.

Are you opting for a complete package that includes a label printer, labels, and software? If so, I-Label will install the printer for free and show your team how everything works. Our specialist will connect the printer, set up the software, and configure everything to work with your labels. That way, you’ll be printing accurate labels from day one—at no extra cost and without having to figure it all out yourself from the manuals.

We set up customized templates and operator forms and integrate your labeling software with Excel, your ERP system, or LIMS as needed. This allows you to print labels automatically with the correct data, without having to retype anything and with fewer errors. You can do this right from the start, or later on if you want to further automate your processes or switch to a cloud solution.

We offer short, practical training sessions for operators, administrators, and IT staff, tailored to the way you work. Your team will learn how to design and print labels, as well as how to replace a roll or ink ribbon. Afterward, you’ll receive clear manuals so that even new colleagues can get up to speed quickly.

Our service doesn’t end after installation. As an official Brady Partner, we’ll continue to support you for as long as you use your labeling solution.
