Print & pick – stroke applicator
De A8500 print het label op aanvraag en pelt het automatisch van de liner. De stroke-applicator neemt het label op met constante aanzuigdruk, zodat het vlak en kreukvrij klaarligt voor plaatsing.
Positioning & alignment
Op basis van de vooral ingestelde XY-coördinaten verplaatst de applicator zich naar de exacte doelpositie op het product. De herhaalnauwkeurigheid bedraagt 0,1 mm en is uiterst geschikt voor kleine labels en krappe plaatsingsmarges.
Place & verify
The product stops on the conveyor belt; the label is applied. Optionally, an integrated camera verifies the presence, position, and legibility of the label. If there is a discrepancy, a rejection or reprint action is triggered automatically. The system then releases the product to the next process step.
