Step 1: Opening and closing tubes and vials

Het systeem automatiseert het open- en dichtmaken van buizen en flacons met schroefdop. Het is geoptimaliseerd voor 0,5 – 2,0 ml Sarstedt buisjes. De schroefdoppen die in rekken zitten, worden aangevoerd vanuit een bulk hopper. Een draaigrijper neemt vervolgens de doppen op uit een feeder en sluit de buizen of flacons af met een vooraf bepaald koppelstuk.

Step 2: Distributing liquids

An optional dispenser module with a peristaltic pump enables accurate, sequential filling of tubes or vials with the desired reagents. Typical dispensing volumes range from 25μl to 2,000μl. The Smart module also allows for easy and quick cleaning.

Step 3: Labeling of tubes and vials

Expand the X-TubeProcessor Smart with a label module for precise labeling applications. User-friendly software is available for designing the label. Individual data can be provided via the user interface on the device or via a database connection.
